Partnership Policy

• Project-based investment will be taken for the purchase of land or plots of various projects undertaken by “Swapnil Holdings Limited”.

• The total purchase price of the specified project will be divided by the share price of 100,000/= (One Lakh) Taka and an investment of the same amount will be taken.

• The amount of profit may be approximately 20% per annum.

• The sale proceeds will be returned along with profit in the order of investment (first come, first served basis).

• 70% of the total profit will be distributed among the investors, the remaining 30% will be reserved for the organizer “Swapnil Holdings Limited”.

• Investors will be provided with a Check and agreement on stamp as collateral.

Partnership Policy

• Project-based investment will be taken for the construction of infrastructure of various projects undertaken by “Swapnil Holdings Limited”.

• The estimated cost of the specific part of the specified project will be divided by the share price of 100,000/= (One Lakh) Taka and an investment equal to the total cost will be taken.

• The profit received will be distributed proportionally according to the amount of money invested and the time duration of investment used.

• 60% of the total profit will be reserved for the investor and 40% for the organizer “Swapnil Holdings Limited”

•Investor will be provided with a Check and Agreement on Stamp as collateral.
